That’s exactly how I heel, it has always been natural to me to swing the rope and get good speed and then watch the feel and anticipate when they’ll be back and just adjust my swing speed to catch. The whole feet back tip down thing almost ruined my heeling.
I agree man that is what I have been trying to do is tip down when the feet are out and that makes it so much harder than it has to be. I think of you are swinging faster than the feet all you have to do is throw when the feet are out
