It depends upon case handling officer. If they are satisfied what you provided, you will get decision. Otherwise you will ask to supply additional documents or interview. Anyway most cases are settled around end of july to august

Ielts is not compulsory for visa process or pr eligibility. However if you achieve higher score from exam, your application will be lifted up over the others in university application process. And polishing your language ability is always plus point.

I didn’t get you. As I explained you need sinhala orginals to translate first. Then this translation should be certified by foreign ministry. When foreign ministry certifies them, they ask for sinhala original document. This is where you need sinhala original certificate and if it is not issued recently then they will not certify your english translation.
They don’t ask for three months bank statements directly. However they can request while processing your case and possibility to call for interview is higher then. Not recommend to do so.

I guess you can’t do that cause for2 year masters, they usually issue visa for 13 months. And of course don’t do that cause you can’t get personal number (id) if you don’t get visa for more than a year.
There’s application round for spring intake 2023 commences in June. For this year, second round is currently opened till April 19. But through second round, it is difficult to got selected as first round applicants get priority. My suggestion is to wait for spring intake or next year. There’s english requirement to apply universities.

I don’t think so. Cause even in pandemic, they issued D visa to travel sweden without submitting biometrics. Anyway, Try to keep the requirements mentioned.
It depends. If you are single applicant, the decision will take quicker than one who comes with family. If you call for an interview, it take little longer to receive a decision too. However, before your program will commence, you can usually have your visa.
