Yeah i know i did the math and something wasn't adding up either.. i know they have a sign on bonus but thats usually for there teams and she already teamed so im sure she already claimed the full bonus from that.. i had a recruiter send me pay stubs and they were fat one was with a 500$ bonus the other one was not with bonus and just as big of a check.. i know they do the max per diem like 360-380$ a week thats non taxable by federal nor state can tax that from your check so more money in your pocket.. they did recently lower there pay because freight sucks and the loads aren't paying shit.. but they do offer wild dedicated teams guaranteed 6500 miles a week.. i drove for them and they delivered when they said your gunna run this many miles thats exactly what we ran so more money isnt always better if the miles aren't there.. im thinking of going back to them I got a speeding ticket years ago with them thats why i dont work there anymore but thats all situated now and in talks about going back with them in the next few weeks.. they pay good now when i drove for them i was getting 6k miles a week teaming but they only paid us .55cpm super low now there paying teams .76cpm and 6500 miles minimum with teams doing 7000-7500 miles a week.. They run you hard they dont play its drop and hook and its actually drop and hook no waiting for loads usually when you do wait its like 1-2hr max and thats usually because the solo driver your meeting ran into city traffic or weather delay or shipper delay.. most the time the driver will already be at the meet up spot and you drop grab your trailer from them type in your paperwork and your gone.. trucks run 70-71mph on cruise and you will do 650-750 miles a day per driver so you running with this company.. I still dont know how there doing there math but hey if my checks be 1900-2k plus net i aint gunna argue with them lol.. hope this helps.. there a pretty good company honestly no company is perfect but they do try too fix any issue you encounter too the best of there ability. They require minimum of 6 months exp as well, 2 day orientation in littlerock Arkansas they provide hotel, rental car, or flight depending where you live and feed you..
She became a mentor and gets money each time a student steps on the truck (I think $500). She also gets a few hundred when one graduates. She also received a 2 cent raise.

@Not Josh it said 2900 miles not 3900 thats why the math dont add up. They must be running some kind of mileage bonus if you run over a certain amount of miles they pay you xtra or something..
the math aint adding up miles x cpm what she grossed. is this company pay? how she net 2400-2500 you mean to tell me her taxes are less then a few hundred dollars i dont believe that. lots of drivers lie and fluff up there numbers why idk why probably because they dont want people too say what thats all you make you need too come work for such and such lol.. im probably gunna go back too tli and team drive with me and my wife.. they did have the miles for teams but we didnt make that much i can see net being like 1700-2100 net but not no 2400-2500 but we will see i just need too make some money so i can trade more and get out of trucking for ever..
Breh. She ran 3500?? And made what? Nah Tell her to come to prime lease. Company is disrespectful. At min she’d net 3400. I hate to be that person but she’s working way to hard. And I need her to at least start asking around.

@Muff Paid how is this math adding up? Because you times her pay by the miles and you dont get anywhere near that gross and the net she says no way her taxes are on a couple hundred dollars even with per diem i worked for tli and the recruiter sent me some pay stubs and one with bonus one without and checks were very similar on 5800 miles the person took home 2500$ at 83cpm teaming again the numbers don't add up.. i hope there paying what shes claiming net i just want too know how..
