Jazak ALLAH! It turns out great with little innovations Huma 1. Use olive oil for chicken preparation (texture) 2. Use Basil leaves instead of oregano (aroma) 3. Add 1/2 tsp of kashmiri red chili as well (intense colour) 👌
Made this last night for dinner. The Fam LOVED it! Followed the recipe as described in the video, and it was a true HIT! JAK Huma, you are a great cook!
Did a few additions of my own to it, added some dried basil with oregno, used some paprika and hot sauce, used more amount of ketchup and added 1tsp of chaat masala. And kept all the other ingredients twice as much so theres enough sauce to mix, the first time i made it following this recipe there was literally no sauce to mix, i had to make more. So this time i kept the quantity twice as much and added a few more things according to our liking. It turned out super delicious. Thankyou for this :)
