I cant help with with the DVD but dr Gene kim has alot of videos on here some milk and some strong meat also Peter ruckman is who both of these guys get there teaching from and there are alot of videos of him on here too so everything you need is on here and I hope you can take the time and have the internet to watch them. I've learned more from these guys then anyone else
