Disclaimer: Please be aware that working with hot liquid metals is very dangerous! Do not try this at home if you do not exactly know what you do. I have done a lot of preparation and informed myself before I did my first pour.
If you do so, make sure to wear proper personal protection gear like a full face shield, a respirator, a dusk mask, fire retarding clothing or a leather apron, good protective and heat resistant gloves and leather boots. Make sure to work safe and use proper foundry tools.

Thanks! A new chapter in my life, sailing the seas again! I can't wait to start melting again. Need to re-line my furnaces and build a wood storage area. Hope to do that this holidays. Will post content on that soon 👊🏻🔥🔥🔥

Haha yeah I joined the navy in 2002, stopped in 2022 en will join the navy again in 2023. Some crazy years we all went trough with all the stuff going on in the world. I hope to have my focus on melting and scrapping so I don't worry a lot 😄

Yeah it was a lot of work, but I finally got my shed 😄🔥🔥🔥 now I have to make the wood storage area this winter and than most of the work is done. Next year or early 2025 we will do a huge project on the house
Nou zeg, ik let 2 tellen niet op en alle elektra zit er al in :P Als ik een schuurtip mag geven: haal wat goedkope muurverf en knal dat tegen de wandjes rondom de werkbank. Werkt erg fijn, is goed voor het licht, en als je eenmaal gereedschap gaat ophangen kan je meteen met een stift markeren wat waar hoort.
Haha ja het moest allemaal af, heb hulp gehad van mijn schoonvader. Ik hou de tip in mijn achterhoofd. Het wordt natuurlijk wel een soort van studio naast werkplaats haha. Als je zin hebt kom gerust langs, er komt wellicht nog een klein koelkastje voor bier 😄🔥👊🏻
Moeten we tijdens winterverlof zeker ff doen! Net als het biertje bij mij, nieuwe auto in de schuur showen 🤪@@Metalstacker
