Greetings from the Philippines 🇵🇭 watching this it makes my mouth water. Im still imagining how it taste from the looks of it, it really delicious. I love Mongolian cuisine. God bless Mongolia 🇲🇳. With love from the Philippines 🇵🇭. ❤😇
The food made in Mongolia is absolutely delicious. And it needs to be prepared in such a manner, if its people are to survive in a harsh continental climate. Mongolia is such a beautiful country, which a rich and beautiful cultural heritage, and amazing people. I love you, Mongolia. Greetings from the United States! 😊🇲🇳🇺🇸
I really love Mongolian food and my ancestor is Mongolian. I need to travel to Mongolia where they make those. Or maybe find a real Mongolian family to try their cooking
Gorgeous country, people, lifestyle, music, and food--- just beautiful. The Empire of Genghis Khan was the largest ever assembled, and religious tolerance was practiced within it. The Khan's advisors and companions included adherents to many belief systems. I wish to visit: Mongolia--- and Tuva also. The country is like Nevada--- vast expanses. The scene of cooking noodles outdoors by a gur makes me want to leave tomorrow!
Interesting, Mongolian food is very similar to Hazara food in Afghanistan (we have partially Mongolian blood though). In Hazarajat we make Bosragh, which basically is what you call Boortsog. We also dry diary products a lot and drink tea milk.
my mom always makes "boortsog" (though we don't call it that) but we're not mongolians but russians who lived in uzbekistan and now germany. i saw this and was like "whaaaat, i know this dish!". it looks exactly how my mom does it, with the knotting and all. we like to eat it just plain or with honey, and enjoy it with a nice cup of tea of course. so delicious! watching the whole video made me also realize that there are lots of dishes my mom actually can cook! buuz are really similar to manti or pelmeni, and khuushuur are like chebureki for example. and we drink milk tea, too!
lovely mongolian!!! they still have their culture until now!! amazing!! All of the others nationality in asian have lost their own cultures and change their cultures into western cultures, what a shame, example in east asian and south east asiann (china, taiwan, singapore, thailand, indonesia, malaysia, phillipine, etc).

@AngryGaming X you can't be more wrong. It's like America, Europe, Australians are the same cuz they are white. Mongolia and Kazakh don't even have the same language or alphabet.
Buuz are perfect in taste. You drink them first and then eat. 4-6 - Buuz give energy like big tenderloin steak. What is more important Mongolian food is natural, meat is soft without steroids and has perfect smell and taste.
1. Guriltai shol should never contain vegetables other than onions (if it has veggies, it's something else.) 2. We never make anything with pork. We hardly have any pigs in Mongolia, and most of what we have go into sausages. 3. Tsuivan using tailfat is not a special kind of tsuivan. It's just that tailfat is a common ingredient in tsuivan. 4. Hardly anyone uses instant tea packets. And would say the tea we use is more like black tea than green. Anyway, it goes well with milk. 5. Although we love airag, most people don't drink that much (not that I would have any problems with that). Otherwise, pretty accurate, I think. So I have to say: good job.
Guriltai shul of course contain vegetables! But it can be eat usually in towns! Nomadic families not too much use veggies for noodle soup! I didn't heard anything about pork! It was there?
Achbold Battogtokh This show is about not exactly how to do! It keeps general informations, many tourists will see and eat suddenly noodle soup in Mongolia with veggie!
