You actually dont count pala/shaman FR buff because it is really unreliable on the fights, because of many knockout mechanics, H3 11/11 cleared here and we dont want anyone to rely on +60 FR buff
so do need 226 fr or 300 fr for molten for and see because I see a lot of people saying cap well hardcap is 300 but I know the Wowhead article said you needed 226 so which cap is it ?
226 stops from taking the extra damage. If you are 30fr under 226 you'll be one shot. So, if you are 197-225 you'll take significantly increased damage

Used it all of heat 2, and we were able to keep it on us for all but Rag

So as Boomy, wear the Fine Cloth FR stuff?
I have 3 tier pieces, head and legs enchanted with libram, and onyxia cloak with enchant. So really i only had to sacrifice my cloak.
