I was wondering where you were these past few days, then I remembered you're human and have a family and, after all, it is Christmas time. Thank you for posting during this time. Some of us really appreciate it wholeheartedly. Happy holidays to you and yours. 🎄🎆🎉
Professor D, thanks so much for mixing a case study with Q & A. I loved it. For your next video if you choose to do a case study, at the end of the case study can you let us guess the condition, 2 nursing interventions, and 2 parameters to monitor for? Can you also do a question where we are identifying if the symptoms are pneumothorax, pneumonia, ARDS, or all? These are examples of the formatting on our HESI exams and I’m trying to get more practice with this format. I love how you had a question on if the pneumonia has resolved because that is the type of question on our exams as well. Thank you so much for always being so helpful!
I loved the case study at the start it helped me get used to prioritizing at shift report and get into the headspace for the T/F & Multiple choice questions!
Patient is already respiratory acidosis, don't need to accumulate more co2. Decreasing respiratory to 12 traps more CO2. Hope that makes sense. That's how I understood it.
