- Beautiful 30 minute video of ocean waves rolling into a misty beach surrounded by high cliffs. Enjoy the natural sounds of the ocean (no music) in high quality stereo. Let your stress melt away by spending a half hour soaking in the beauty and peace that only nature can provide.
I filmed this relaxing beach scene in The Cape of Good Hope section of Table Mountain National Park, South Africa. I love the fresh aquamarine color of the water and the soft light of the misty morning. The sounds of the waves and lapping water around the rocks was also perfect at this spot and should really help you to feel that you are right there with me.
Watching relaxing nature videos is a great way to unwind after a stressful day. I have to have surgery again and I'm really stressed out and can't sleep because of this information. But this is great it relives all of my stress and helps me go to bed easier and quicker at night. I'm scared but this sound helps me relax and forget about it.

During the lockdown I lost my mother. In her final days at home, I played this for her and it was a sweet reminder of her youth growing up in her tropical home country. This gave her serenity. Thank you to whoever made this.

In the monsoon of 2022, me and my partner went to a secluded beach on the Konkan coast of India. It was the most tranquil place I have ever been to. The sound of waves in that vast emptiness. Tiny fish in tiny pools of water. The untouched sand. It almost felt like heaven. It made me calm and restful like nothing ever has.
It looked a lot like this.

I wish it was longer. I can't sleep all night without meds and constant rain or soft waves. This sounds wonderful but not long enough. If I take nothing, I don't sleep and these sounds wouldn't put me to sleep. I wish it could.

I found myself 'breathing in' as the water rushed toward me, and 'breathing out' as I watched the water recede. I have just finished a beautiful meditation this morning, I had a out of body experience and I was floating over this beautiful beach ,I was in such deep meditation state, I was crying when I came back it was so peaceful, I totally connected to this lovely beach and nature, I am free, thank you
Wow Emma, that sounds amazing! So glad you're enjoying this one... the beach I filmed it at is truly awe inspiring with high cliffs all around and the clearest blue water and soft sand. It's in a national park so usually deserted and incredibly peaceful. One of my favorite places to recharge. :)

Something about that noise makes me feel so peace filled. I lived in oxnard ca. And had to get up every morning and drink my coffe and smoke some weed and just soak in that energy. I loved the grey foggy dewy mornings even the sand is wet and everyones asleep and the cops arent even out yet and for once im bymyself and free from all stress. If i could make a living surfing all day it would be heaven

Ocean sounds are so relaxing! Napping on a Jamaican beach was the best sleep I've ever had. Listening to this helps me sleep and deal with my anxiety.

My friend is across the country, saying goodbye to his golden retriever, who will not recover. They are in a comfortable room at the pet hospital, and the dog is in no pain. The pet hospital is open 24/7 and my friend can stay with his dog there all night if he wants to. I've been meditating on this video and sending love and peace to my friend and his dog.

This is one of my favourite relaxation videos. The atmosphere is just right. Maybe a tiny touch calmer, but mother nature has it her way. Reminds me of when I was young and being down from the city on summer vacation. Atlantic (The Big Pond), Cornwall, SW England,UK. This location could easily be that place, pretty much identical.

I find this so relaxing. The ocean is peace for me... remembers me when i'm in front of that infinite floor of water... where no one is there to pressure you, no one wants to judge you or make you feel sad, afraid or lower. No one is there trying to be your ruler, no one wants to hurt you, where you have no need to worry or fight. Only is your mind and the powerful sea, more powerful than any human that want to be your ruler. You can't do nothing but see the beauty of the blue waters, in the border between the known land and the unlimited waves and blue waters that have no difference with the sky, knowing that under that moving carpet is another world with so many creatures living in that world... the sea is what i feel when blood moves around my veins, the powerful thunder that waves can make is always felt in my working heart. All i want is one day return to that massive and powerful force of nature, that never sleep and never change the beauty of the waves slapping rocks and sand.

Since I can't go out (still in lockdown almost 5 months now) been wishing to go to the beach for so long. This is the closest thing that I've got. Thank you, really helpful at this time.
