For people like me who are struggling to hold on to their hope for a better tomorrow, keep holding on. I’ve fallen so many times in the past couple of weeks with things like drug addiction, bad relationships, loneliness, depression, suicidal thoughts and staying positive. I normally listen to these types of videos to fall asleep since i have bad insomnia. This one i really enjoy falling asleep to specifically. Tonight i took the time to look through the comments and at the moment im in tears. The uplifting comments are so kind and sweet and made me smile. Its been really hard for me lately and to top it off i recently fell ill. So things havent been all that great. Im normally a very happy and smiley person, but some days i wouldnt smile at all. Barely speak. Barely eat. And keep to myself. And my mom was getting very worried. But reading these comments have helped me start to feel a bit better. And i thank all of you. Those that i can relate to and those that posted uplifting things. All of you. I hope i can be relatable and uplifting as well. No matter who you are, no matter what you're going through you are not alone. You are amazing and so many people love and care about you and you may not even know it. Take some time to take care of yourself. To love yourself for who you are. I hope everyday all of you can happily say to yourself "i love you, me." Because you deserve it. I found this calming music after bringing my baby home from the NICU i played it for him every night for the first couple of weeks of him being home. It really helped us all calm down, now every time I get stressed and I can't sleep I play this. And it's connected to a beautiful core memory of my son coming home. I get sensory-overload all of the time, but sitting and listen to the channel's music is so calming, and it helps me more than alot of people would think it does. Nice to hear from you Jordyn. If you can, get a copy of the "No bullsh*t guide to depression". The language isa little salty, but if you can get past it, there are some excellent and practical tips on how to get through a depression. It's an easy, no nonsense read geared for people in the middle of it. Sending kind thoughts and wishing you well. It can, and does get better. You just need a toolkit for it.❤

I understand the 'drowning in thoughts' thing. I've had severe depression and anxiety several times since my teens. Having something like this really helps me sleep, even when I'm well, and sleep is so important for staying well. I really hope you come out the other side of your MH issues soon. Things do change. For me connecting with others who had experienced similar issues helped the most. Keep going and sweet dreams

After my mam passed away 2 years ago I struggled to cope. But I can honestly say music like this kept me going and give me a sense of calmness that everything was going to be ok. Love reading positive comments especially from people like myself where u wish the best for everyone.

Whenever I'm really stressed and tired in life, I come back to this video and listen to the great sounds and read through all the great comments. Those things help me relax, wake up and regain my spirit to regain balance. Thank you so much because your music is important to me and so many people. Wishing you all the best
I don’t know what I would do without this sound sometimes! Some might think it’s silly but sometimes when I really need it, it’s the only sound that makes me feel peaceful in all the chaos, switching off every bad thought, big or small so I can just rest.
Going through some of these messages, the kindness and love people send out is amazing! People’s stories just makes you feel like you not alone, it’s the small things.

It's been a little over 2 years since this upload.
Two years ago, 14 year old me was dealing with a toxic gf, hateful siblings, no friends, and depression.
Now, 16 year old me has an Amazing gf, my siblings and I get along, and I have friends, all of which helps fight my depression....

I know the feeling of depression and despair quite well, maybe too much, but it's always inspiring to read stories like yours, even if we fall we eventually get up, it's always like that. I want every human being to experience the beautiful side of life, I'm still fighting to get there too, so I want to encourage all of you to be strong and keep going and achieve your dreams, we live only once, don't waste yourself for people that don't care about you or don't support you (especially speaking about the government that sucks you dry), surround yourself with people that love you and love them too, you have a mission before you die, and is to achieve your dreams and collect beautiful moments and experiences.
