I live there and when im whith friends we always see tourist taking pictures of evrything and when you look you see how beautiful building they are taking a picture from when we just walke by and dont look at it
Bruges is the best preserved Middle Age city of Europe with tons of history. It's absolutely fabulous.!!
Did you know Belgium has more history, art, architecture and gastronomy per square meter than its neighbour countries France, The Netherlands or Germany? Where in the world do you find so many beautiful historic cities such as Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Mechelen, Leuven, Namur, Mons etc. in a small country the size of Maryland in the US? Come and visit us! You will not be disappointed.

In France you've also preserved towns like Strasbourg etc,... ghent, Brussels, Antwerp isn't comparable with bruges at all.. they have mixed architectural. And the French towns aren't worth mentioning because they are Wallons and they are shitty people.

I'm portuguese and throughout my travels by far the people I've bounded the most were flemish people from Belgium. And I'm a huge fan of that movie (In Bruges), so one of these days I want to visit the city along with the country (one of the countries I haven't visited in western europe).
Bruges is freaking gorgeous!
I've spent 2 days of my life in this amazing city. I'm definetly planning to visit it several times more.
My dad and I went to visit this Flemish city while going on a trip to Belgium 🇧🇪 in spring 2009. It's such a picturesque city in my opinion. It has lots of historic buildings and architectures. It looked like we went back to medieval times!

It really positively surprises me how the Irish and the British recognize Flanders as a thing. Not even the Dutch or French refer to us as Flanders but simply call us 'Belgium'. I love Ireland!

If you are living in UK then this city doesn't look too much different but if you are living in country like India then its completely different
I visited this paradise last autumn.One week just wasn’t enough for me.We rented bicycles and went cycling all day without getting even a little bit tired.Wish you all to go there and feast your eyes on this magnificent place! I love you Brugge! Greetings from Greece!

Ghent is a much nicer city. It has the same old beautifull buildings, but it's ALIVE. Something you couldnt say from Bruges

Me and my Mrs used to go to Bruges twice a year. We can not go anymore because P&O ferries have stopped doing the trip. Absolutely gutted. We miss it so much.
