I really loved Jongho in this album! I never realized how much his background vocals affected the songs! Jongho and Mingi are my two biases, so I was glad you gave them a lot of love ❤️
I love Seonghwa’s rap on MATZ so much. It flows out like molasses. It’s the perfect opposite of Hongjoong’s rap. 2 rap styles together that shouldn’t work but it works so well. They’re wizards, I swear. Edit: this whole dang album is full of diss tracks. I live for it.
I got into Ateez back in September and now completely Atiny and my first come back/new album with them and very much drove around town to find and buy a physical copy in hand! Got it, so hyped, and so in love! And so hyped for your review!
“youth” is definitely my favorite song on the whole album even during my first listen. i really connect emotionally with the lyrics and the whole vibe. i also think its really really nice to hear so much yunho vocals along with mingi’s as well!! they all killed it on this album!

ATEEZ's storyline is basically they're liberating a dystopian world from an oppressive government. So when they say they'll give you fear etc, they say that to the corrupted government, not to you 😅
