Now whether he did speak to the people inside or not we do not know. Section 50 Persons acting in an anti-social manner (1)If a constable in uniform has reason to believe that a person has been acting, or is acting, in an anti-social manner F1..., he may require that person to give his name and address to the constable. You should ask them if they have taken statements from these fictitious members public and investigated thoroughly these wild accusations, before accosting innocent photographers on what could be vindictive and false reports given to the police. Tell them you will gladly give your details once any alleged crime has been thorough investigated. If the public has not made a statement or already gone (as they probably don’t exist) then there can’t be an antisocial crime as there is no victim.
I've never met a 'Nice South African!' (PC Pistorius 257)
@I believe in justice for all It makes you wonder! I know for a fact that UK 'Naughty Police Boys' get looked after overseas!
Officer "name the complainants and I will identify" also give me the report number of the complaint ! (If there ever was one)
pointing at me -new one ,i think the UK bobbies r worst than the blue line gangs of america
Well get arrested then ffs. No good playing at it
i don't do audits, but if i did and was paid good money, then i would never give details, their threats were hollow and you should have made them walk away, by letting them abuse you it lets them know they can abuse everyone, shame on you
Do a playlist with all your vids not just the pohpoh ones please......i like listening to you n live frees vids whole i drop off. Peace and thankyou for doing what you do guys !!! ❤ much love lads !!
Nice masks to match the uniform even tho they are outside its so their face can't be seen.....lol
Good cop bad cop, both stasi bully's.
Same old, same old.
Pig filth being pig filth as usual.
Hiring only those void of a morol compass, and the dim of mind. Our well respected crime fighters lol 😂
I'm offended by Police Officers wearing a MUTILATED Union flag as an ex military person!
i always thought it was illegal to deface the Union Jack flag. It's a total disgrace!
A bit of advice from Australia tell those oxygen thieves don’t engage with them Nazis. Totally ignore them with total silence
Now thay got all your details for the future
Big up NNY!
The Rt Hon Suella Braverman KC MP send all your complaints to her
FFS leave Ralf Mouth at home next time as all he does is talk over EVERYONE!
facts don't care about feelings.
Disgrafull behavior as normally, grooming gangs crack on.ah
CLOWNS!
Very poor form by the Auditor - under law you were under no obligation to give your details. Don't be afraid of arrest, the law is on your side, and I'm pretty sure with all the recordings, there is little threat of violence! You should have stood your ground
Brave, but next step requires nerves. Take one for the team if your circumstances allow & see this through with legal advice to court
Is it possible to obtain the crime reference number regarding the supposed public complaint?
I just Liked and Subscribed!! At 04:36 the young man in the Grey Sweatshirt Looked like he eats healthy food like you'd order at Rick's Diner at 88-90 Cowley Rd in Oxford UK., Where A B had the Best Burger he ever ate!!! Good Video
Thank You!!!
In the USA The US Constitution was so well Written by the Founding Fathers and Ratified on September 17, 1787 that in the USA... You are secure in your Privacy until Arrested. You should help to change/better that in the UK. The Tyrant Police Officers are Abusing Section 50, 43 etc...
It Shouldn't be like a Nazi Gestapo is Ordering you to "PAPERS"!!!!
you shouldn't give them you're name
@Crazy Max is that it?
Another foreigner invading our services!
I reckon princess diana felt pretty alarmed harassed and distressed with photographers daily, didn't see any of these arresting them for anti social behaviour
257 is complicit and need to get fired too
- Sec 50 - Anti-Social. Always ask for incident or complaint report references / numbers. To obtain a copy. >> will see if they are filling you full of $#!T
How can it be anti social behaviour when there is nobody around ???
The reason why the military should crack down on these paramilitary thugs masquerading as police officers now.
I thought it is a fineable offence through a court summons and not an arrestable one
Who they gonna fine if they don't arrest
@@NewsNowYorkshire no idea I'm a spastic mate 😊
Hello NNY, Live Free sent me here!!
Feelings like EGO's have been hurtied.
Lots of auditors return to this place a must
Police with no respect for the law... No surprise here.
Never actually investigated. Not impartial. What a joke. Took one person's word with out investigations
if you get interrupted mid details given, doesn't he have to start over from the top? arrested in two parts?? an office with no one in it is feeling harassed. yeah.
The hate just keeps on giving. Oh he’s wearing a gang sign no shock there then.
I take it you guys went inside the building to film? If so this I believe is the section which gives him power. Meaning of “anti-social behaviour”
(1)In this Part “anti-social behaviour” means-
(a)conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person,
(b)conduct capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to a person in relation to that person's occupation of residential premises, or
(c)conduct capable of causing housing-related nuisance or annoyance to any person. Now whether he did speak to the people inside or not we do not know. Section 50 Persons acting in an anti-social manner
(1)If a constable in uniform has reason to believe that a person has been acting, or is acting, in an anti-social manner F1..., he may require that person to give his name and address to the constable. IT SAYS HE MAY REQUIRE THE NAME AND ADDRESS. The question would they have used section 50 had you not gone inside? The only way to properly challenged them is in court and that would mean being arrested and charged and take the matter to court.
do only car park's & roads leading 2 them @ shift change times ~ & tell them this is being done because that's all you can film because of abuses of s50
film all marked cars (& any private cars ) ~ no public there
@ 6.30 am 2 complain. ~ & SEE if they like all their private cars being on YT
The guy with you spoilt this , your normally calm and use your knowledge of the law . Things got heated to fast.
You should.let them arrest you. Get the brief down there. And be out before tea time
Thank you NNYorkshire ! good start !
