I’m learning to visualize a better place in my mind while learning to relax and that place helps me do that. My sister has helped me to do that. Try it! One of my all time favorite bluegrass classics! Remember the first time hearing it on Andy Griffith as a child & getting lost in Maggie's (i think thats her name) voice.
