- We had the iconic Buick Grand National in for a detail. These things have been gaining popularity more and more every year and their value is skyrocketing!!
This customer recently bought the car and wanted us to correct the paint and add some durable protection.
The car was painted a few years ago, but had some minor swirls and scuffs from improper washing and drying.
Take a look at the paint before and how much depth and shine we were able to get out of it after a few days of buffing/polishing!

Nice work. I have a 1987 Buick Regal Grand National. It has been an outdoor car since new. I am looking for a top quality paint that is durable and has a deep black look for the car. I need a paint that holds up to extreme weather conditions.

Great video, these are collector cars and as you said going uo in value. Some GBODY'S are rising fast like the 83/84 Hurst/Olds, have an 84 with 12k documented miles all orginal down to Eagle's. Monte Carlo SS is also rising. Wish you were near to do my 84. Very professional job. Cheers from Nova Scotia
Thanks for watching!! Yes, all the 80's hot rods are going up in value. I have an 89 IROC and two squarebody trucks. Can't believe what they are going for now.
@@JsAutoDetailing I had an 86 IROC white and a 87 GN. Plan on getting both at some point, would like low miles and orginal. I'd like the 350 in IROC, is yours a 350? The GN looks amazing, black is beautiful.

Valued are rising. I got my 87 GN in 2013 for $19k with 27k miles. She’s worth $55k now with 31k miles
They have definitely gone up in value. My dad has an 86 with low miles
interested to know if wetting the quickjack will effect it in the long run. Always been interested in getting a set for maintenance and detailing purposes. Car turned out great!
I haven't had any issues getting the quickjacks wet. I'll blow off any water with my leaf blower or compressed air after washing the car. I've had the jacks for over a year now and only used them a handful of times when detailing and a few maintenance projects on my own personal vehicles. Definitely worth it when doing a detail to this caliber though....saves the back!!
