    Here are the ingredients you will need:
    2 cups of rajma (kidney beans)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon of ginger paste
    1 tablespoon of garlic paste
    Salt to taste
    2 tablespoons of oil
    1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
    1 teaspoon of coriander powder
    1 teaspoon of garam masala
    1 teaspoon of red chili powder
    Water as required
    Instructions:
    1. Soak the rajma overnight in water.
    2. Drain the water and rinse the rajma.
    3. Pressure cook the rajma until they are soft and tender. This should take about 15-20 minutes.
    4. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
    5. Once the cumin seeds start to sputter, add the onions and ginger-garlic paste.
    6. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
    7. Add the tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
    8. Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Mix well.
    9. Add the cooked rajma and mix everything well.
    10. Add water as required and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
    11. Serve hot with rice or roti.
