Ein Versuch die Atmosphere und Geräuschkulisse des Flugbetriebs am Zaun als auch beim ersten Spotterday im Video fest zu halten. Mir standen leider nur eine ältere Spiegelreflexkamera mit relativ kleinen und lichtschwachen Objektiven und ein Handy zur Verfügung.
Die Lichtverhältnisse waren Wetterbedingt etwas bescheiden. Mangels Bildstabilisator auf Seiten der Spiegelreflexkamera am Teleobjektiv sind viele Aufnahmen leider extrem verwackelt. Dies habe ich später versucht per Software auszugleichen - mit bescheidenem Erfolg.
Die meisten Fotos sind teilweise okay, bis unterbelichtet, diese kommen hier im Video aber nicht vor. ;)
- Zu Begin werden Starts von der Ostseite des Geländes her gezeigt, hier sieht man die Nachbrenner.
- Es folgen Überflüge und Landungen der Maschinen nach Ihrem Einsatz vom gleichen Standort aus aufgenommen.
- Als dritter Spot gibt es noch Aufnahmen von Starts von der Westseite der Airbase aus gesehen (Flugplatzweg). Hier kamen die Jets fast frontal auf uns zu und flogen relativ dicht über unsere Köpfe hinweg.
- Danach kommen einige Aufnahmen vom Spotterday am Freitag aus dem inneren der Base. Etwas Helikopteraction, und es kamen auch zwei Black Hawk der US Navy für einen Überflug vorbei. Zudem gibt es ein kurzes Taxiing video einer F35 aus den Niederlanden.

An attempt to capture the atmosphere and soundscape of the flight operations at the fence as well as at the first Spotterday on video. Unfortunately, I only had an older SLR camera with relatively small and low-light lenses and a cell phone at my disposal.
The lighting conditions were somewhat modest due to the weather. Due to the lack of image stabilization on the telephoto lens of the SLR camera, many of the shots were extremely blurred. I later tried to compensate for this using software - with modest success.
Most of the photos are okay to underexposed, but these do not appear in the video ;)
- At the beginning, take-offs from the east side of the site are shown, here you can see the afterburners.
- This is followed by overflights and landings of the aircraft after their deployment from the same location.
- The third spot is footage of take-offs from the west side of the airbase (airfield road). Here the jets approached us almost head-on and flew relatively close over our heads.
- Here are some shots from Friday's Spotterday from inside the base. Some helicopter action, and two US Navy Black Hawks came by for a flyover. There is also a short taxiing video of an F35 from the Netherlands.
- Finally, some short videos I took with my cell phone.
