禪定 禪修養生法-入靜的十個方法
每個人在初練時要達到入靜的階段,其進度的快慢,程度的深淺,時間的長短,均與各人的神經類型、年齡、所處環境、實際經歷、體質好壞等許多因素有關。當然,要取得良好的預期效果,這同靜丵坐時間的長短,靜丵坐前的準備,主觀能動性的發揮,靜丵坐要領的掌握有著重要的關系。
為了使初練者掌握入靜的方法,下面介紹十種初步的入靜方法和一種中級程度的入靜方法,以便使初學者在入靜不佳的情況下選擇使用。
1.入靜十法
(1) 默念法:當靜丵坐時雜念較多時可默念一些短小精悍的詞句,如“松……”“靜……”“松靜……”“松靜消雜念……”“身體安靜……”以上例句,擇一而用,念時不出聲,尾聲拖長,以自己聽得見為度。也可以根據自己在靜丵坐中出現的急燥情緒而引起思想分散和具體情況,默念“不要急……”“慢慢練……”,字數不要太多,一般以五六個字(不宜超過)為適量,以助入靜,以此來替代那雜亂的思想。
(2)數息法:在練功時,默念呼吸的次數(一呼一吸為一次)“一,二,三,四……”從一至十,從十至百,用單純的默念呼吸來轉移雜亂的思想,有幫助入靜的作用。逐漸雜念沒有了,數念也逐漸地被自己忘記,漸漸地進入安靜階段。
(3)數字法:在雜念叢生,上述手段失敗時,可以用這個方法,即反覆默念“一,二,三,四,……十”,念時不能太快,太快了會影響入靜,反而起副作用,要在心中默念,音調要由高到低的似帶弧形,長而柔和,但千萬不要出聲,如此由一到十,反覆默誦。這一辦法,過去有人用來做催眠,當可用在此以助入靜。
(4)自訓法:這是一種自我激勵的辦法,當上述三種入靜法均告失敗,一般是暫不練功,把功收掉在下一次再練習,不予勉強。本法是用一些捫心自問的話來激勵自己,如“修禪威力無量,勤修苦煉堅持內外合煉……”“自持三尺劍,斬盡九丈妖”等等,或用自己喜愛的名句、名詩,默念默誦。這是由一次入靜過渡到另一次入靜過程中,控制雜亂思想的另一手段,使之達到漸漸入靜。
(5)天地存一物法:在自然界有的一些
