Sadly, I follow the instructions to the letter, even checking frame by frame, yet I seem to always get Blower and Candle encounter. I mean, I took down V1, but is there a static encounter for V2? Edit: Nvm, i need to be level 70+ it seems. Also, I tested it, but the pauses aren't needed.
Just wanted to add, the pause is a buffer to make sure they dont accidentally “let go” of the directional pad and face the wrong direction or add any extra step, especially the transition of going down during the top map
