The one thing I like more about this show than Whose Line is the atmosphere of it. Even the piano in the background adds a nice touch.

The funniest part of the “scruffy nerfherder” is that Ryan 100% didn’t get the Star Wars reference
I think he did, that's why he said to stop it with the sexy talk. From memory, Princess Leia calls Han Solo that in TESB, when she's clearly into him and calling him names in a aggressive manner to hide her true feelings. Therefore, "stop it with the sexy talk/stop flirting with me", is a fitting response to the line, that comically recognises the way it was used in the film as well as continuing the flow of the scene.
IKR/ I would've said, "Who's scruffy looking??" with a hurt frown.

@@eolsunder Maybe she actually had in mind something along the lines of what Ryan ended up saying, so all she had to do was enter the scene and call herself Raul, which easily set up the joke.
Somebody HAD to!! Ryan said that Raul was coming. The other men onstage weren't going to be Raul...so Kathy took the bullet and made herself male for ten seconds in order to pay off the joke!!

Dunno why, while Jonathan is not quite up to of level funny bone compared to Ryan, Jeff and Colin but when it comes to "sentences," he's my favorite. Maybe its because of the way he almost cracks up every time he reads a sentences that makes it funny or something...
It's funny, for a professional comedian, he doesn't have much of a poker face. But it works for him.
