- Thousands of people in Manipur joined a rally organized by an umbrella body of several Imphal-based civil society organizations on Friday, demanding the state's territorial and administrative integrity. The rally was held under the aegis of the Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI). Slogans such as "Save indigenous and rightful citizens of India," "No separate administration," and "Save territorial integrity of Manipur" filled the air. Chants of "Long live Manipur," "Don’t disintegrate Manipur," and "Manipur mother outshine all" echoed through the streets as demonstrators called for an immediate resolution to the crisis without compromising the state's territorial integrity. Meiteis struggle for territorial integrity of their ancestral 650sq.kms manipur while the minority can struggle for seperate territorial & political adminstration. Too much murders done by meiteis on minority tribals within 2 years to hamper the state solidarity. They(meiteis) can struggle for anything ignoring their crimes and criminal atrocities. Capital punishment for Biren Singh, Pramot, and the Arambai Tengol leaders will tear down the meitei issues by 60%😅😅
