I believe yes we can add the image but we might need to use msflow with that and we can store image in one drive.

Hi..Use this formula If(true,RGBA(0,128,0,1),RGBA(255,0,0,1)) ... If it's a gallery then first group by all columns by selecting all controls then click group by...Now click group by and in fill add this formula
