Honestly, I think the JLD (Justice League Dark) had a really cool lair. The house of mysterious which is a magical house which pretty much changes every so often. In this lair you do not walk into a room twice so as the owner the house can create anything whether it would be a training room or just a 'paradise' for the team to chile out. Also, it is outside of time and space so it can travel anywhere the owner wants and if the owner invited you to the house he can call you anytime he wants to the house. So you are never too far from your team mates.
