Chakka Erissery ||ചക്ക എരിശ്ശേരി || Kerala Style Jackfruit with Roasted Coconut|Ep:312

- Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Jackfruit Pieces(Raw)-2cups
Jackfruit seeds-10
Chilli powder-3/4tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Water-2cup
Salt-
Sugar/Jaggery-1/4tsp
Dry red chilli-4
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Curry leaves -
Coconut Oil-4tbsp
Grated coconut-2cup
Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
Method
In a cooker add jakfruit ,seeds along with turmeric powder ,chilli powder ,salt ,curryleaves ,coconut oil and water .
Cook for 2whistles .
Then grind coconut along with cumin seeds ..
Add this to the cooked jackfruit .mix well and boil ..
In a kadai splutter dry red chilli,mustard seeds and curryleaves .
Then add grated coconut and roast till brown colour ..
Add this to the jackfruit coconut mix and join together ..
If u want u can pinch of sugar or jaggery to that ..
Close the kadai for 10 minutes and then serve ..

വീണാ, വീണാ ചക്ക എരിശ്ശേരി ഉണ്ടാക്കി, എന്റെ നാട്ടിൽ ഇതുപോലെ ചക്ക എരിശ്ശേരി ഉണ്ടാക്കാറില്ല ഞാൻ ആദ്യായിട്ടാ ഇതുപോലെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് ഒന്നും പറയാനില്ല വീണാ ഇന്ന് വൈകുന്നേരം ചായക്ക്‌ ചക്ക എരിശ്ശേരിയാണ് വീണയ്‌ക്കു ഒരുപാടു നന്ദി വീണയുടെ വാചകവും പാചകവും ഒരുപോലെ നല്ലതാണ്
