aGREED! Never bought into the "buying sealed or graded" Finally I think the time is near for the bubble to EXPLODE. Saturate the market babyyyyy!!! I want to get a MMX3 for 50$ again like in 2009
idk about all that with regular prices on the market, thats partial inflation and collectors going ham unrelated to the graded/sealed market, but the hugely manipulated GRADED gaming market is insane, and people are so oblivious and gullible AF man not even joking. Another guy I watch just posted a video showing stacks of sealed games hes gonna get graded and hes semi paying up for them too. Like good luck gonna get left holding the bag when this shit implodes.
but sadly the naiveness and gullible traits of the average person or gamer, thinking their bare super mario bros cart is worth $30,000 now, i never thought something so inconsequential could lead to mental illnesses and potential huge financial loss if one is stupid enough to pay thousands of dollars for one of these wata games.
I clocked those boxes and thought exactly the same. Slowly feeding these into the market whilst holding back population data. Think it’s crazy putting sealed games into a plastic coffin making them 10x more expensive 😬 Also seen a fair amount of UA-camrs jumping on the bandwagon
@@videogamepolak0 Jumping head first into spending fortunes on sealed games and then packing them off to WATA. I honestly think these market manipulations have been going on with loose and cib games too at a smaller scale. Many rare Nes titles have nearly doubled in price over the past 6 months. They'd still be worth more graded if someone wanted to solely flip them for profit
theyve always been going up over the years within reason, depends on the game, system, rarity. I dont like the people who shall remain nameless that do "hidden gem" videos or "limited run" hype videos tho

Stop the madness! I am a comic collector friend of Deniz' father and have personally seen this museum and homage to video games. Those are NOT boxes of sealed games! Deniz has collected actual playing systems and even repaired them and places those systems in the boxes you are seeing. Deniz and his father have been collecting everything related to Nintendo for years. He is not sitting on boxes of sealed games. He has several in his collection but not UNOPENED BOXES of sealed games.
@@videogamepolak0 Deniz has not purchased video games since WATA was formed. I respect the concern with regards to the meteoric rise in prices of sealed games but don't blame Deniz directly. He had this vision for forming a better grading system in video games. Heritage was interested in such a service. Their principals funded CGC 20 years ago. There is "funny business" in the collectibles resale market and I don't understand prices on graded comics as well. We are living in strange times. COVID changed things. So many people are investing in all collectibles as an asset class. Federal stimulus indirectly injected money into collectibles from younger people as well.

It's simple. Just avoid WATA and Heritage Auctions at all costs. I will NEVER send any of my sealed games to those businesses.
