Connecting to X-band Network On Sega Genesis with Linksys PAP2T

Website for instructions: xband.retrocomputing.network/ Used Linksys PAP2T VOIP phone unit I found today at goodwill, instructions from website work 100% identical for this unit i followed the website for VOIP and it worked perfectly. Only downside no games are supported for Sega Genesis but it works!

3 wires had to be changed around for wiring in the cartridge they were wrong. seemingly required the "X" pattern for wiring. Not sure of the cartridge some vintage audio technica? No markings unless they are underneath the head/cartridge in between mounting area.

Torqued down the adjustments to make the needle drop and rise in the correct spots..like 1/16th left turn on left side, and 1/2 turn left on the right screw. Grado ZC head on it...sourced a new needle $60 so far best price I seen

Took a risk on it had no way to really test it other than putting in a music cd and listening with my ear to the unit if it was spinning up. Works like champ, For whatever reason with my logitech harmony remote i had to program v2600 model codes instead of 2400 as the 2400 did not work on the remote

My mom put restrictions on my 3ds and I transferred the data over to a new 3ds I got as a reward, but the pin carried over and I never had a problem with it until now. It’s been locked for over 5 years. This video changed that.

Great find. These mini consoles are fantastic. I have a modded mini megadrive/genesis. But I wouldn't mind a mini snes for the collection. 👍
yeah id get a genesis if i found it cheap, speaking of which Im about to mod and put on the genesis on this unit now and see how it runs. I have the nes on there already. Just learned how to install other systems on the snes mini itself. Thing is space you can only put so much without having a inline usb adapter to run a USB stick on it. But im not putting every single full library game on there just the ones i want to play. Runs hella good so far

Activision were such ahead of it's time. My 3 fav titles on atari are pressurecooker, plackattack and crackpot. Never tried this one though. Difficulty amps up pretty well. Nice play man
theres tricks to sort of cheat, like you can stay in a safe zone near the top and never be hit...i never abused it but might have to potentially, cause you have to play the game to progress or to continue and not die (run out of air)...sooo well thought out game for sure there on that part.

same happened to me when i made this video, bought a 3ds at a thrift store and it had parental controls on it...and wanted to just erase everything, found out how to do it and it worked, so i made this video.

bruh 2021 got my 3ds in 2018 and i still cant unlock it i put the correct pin but it wont work
you dont use my pin. you make your own. Use whatever date your 3ds says to generate the pin. If your 3ds says its aug 24th, you put in aug 24th into the website. OR change your 3ds date tot he proper date. Double check and make sure you didnt make a typo.

Love sonic and desert strike. Moonwalker was one of my favourite console and arcade games. I love it. Literally just completed the arcade version for the first time last week. Damn, you got hyperstone heist? Is that the TMNT game I just saw? Was never the biggest fan of castlevania, but I loved haunted castle which was basically the same. But but it was one of the first arcade machines I ever played on, and that's why I love that game so much. Operation wolf was the first arcade I ever played on. Must have been around 87-88. Then it was rampage, double dragon, golden axe, and haunted castle. It was a great time to be a kid.
yeah i didnt get it. I dont know or remember if i gave these or sold these to my one relative. He wanted me to test them and take pictures of stuff to post on ebay for sale, including some board pics. I knew they were mine or most were cause I bought that jacksons moonwalker with the warped back i remember that and got hyperstone heist at this store that had bulk cartridge only games on hangers to buy. I had these games as a kid and somehow he managed to then had them. I didnt make a fuss saying "These are mine I want them back" as there was some past deals and what not they gave me and or money deals, so i let them have these games as I saw it fit. I did take dungeons and dragons with the box and sonic the hedgehog 1 out of there he let me have.
