Loved the school! That was cool! Im from Arkansas and when I was 12 my family moved to Chicago. Lived there until I was 21. Then I moved away from Chicago. I now lived about an hour 15 min from Chicago. A little dairy town in rural northern IL is where we now live. Im not a city girl at all and happy to be with the farms. So to go all technical on you with the radar in the speed sign, the reason your speeds are off is because of the "cosine effect" which states that the greater the angle the slower the target speed will appear. If you would have rode straight at the speed trailer the speeds would have been more in line with the bike speedometer. Great videos, enjoy the content.

Having lived in Pekin and continued friendships with folks in Illinois I believe the meme is accurate. I also learned that if you listen to your videos with headphones you can tell who is wearing the left microphone and who has the right one. Keep the jokes coming.

Hey, you guys we love your videos and we know you are from Illinois. We are wanting to come to St. Louis for a few days but would like to stay over in Illinois or someplace close to St. Louis. Do you have any recommendations?
We lived in Central and Northern IL for about 7 years total, but we claim Arkansas as home. 😉 We have visited St Louis a few times, but we have either stayed with friends or a hotel, so I don’t have a good park recommendation. The arch, obviously is iconic. If you haven’t visited, it can be VERY claustrophobic ride the tram up, but we enjoyed it. ‘The Hill’ is a great place to go for food. It’s the old Italian neighborhood and you can take your pick at any of their great restaurants, bakeries, or peruse the shops. Even the locals love it and it has a small town feel. Nearby Collinsville does an Italian-fest every August. The Anheuser-Busch brewery and their park to see the Clydesdales is popular. If you have kids with you, the city/kids museum is supposed to be AMAZING! Union Station is popular as well. I know they have a big performing arts center with big concerts and neat shops. Grafton IL has a sky lift and good places to eat. I don’t have much, but hopefully that helps! DO be careful about where you are, because like a lot of big cities, there are some areas where you shouldn’t go. Just be aware of your surroundings. Have fun!!
Also, from a local: -Zoo (free and amazing) -Botanical Gardens -The Armory (an indoor beer garden type with yard games) -Top Golf in Chesterfield -Six Flags in Eureka -MCT trails for bike riding -Art museum is good -Pappy’s Smokehouse is one of the best BBQ, but you have to get there early -Saulard Market (I believe is pronounced Su-lard), on Saturdays for food shopping
This is the style that we have (below). We picked ours up in person, to make sure that it was rated correctly for the RV and our bikes. Our bikes are the XP lites though, so make sure that you get one that will be able to handle your weight. Lectric has the weights listed on their website, the last time I looked, so once you know your weight, that will help you on the correct rack. This one has been good to us though. If you've watched us, you know we're hard on stuff and bouncing that thing down the road, every week. We always figure if a product can last US, then it's a pretty good quality. LOL amzn.to/4bgUhOy
