      I think merch can help lots with advertising 🤷‍♂️. That logo is so amazing would look great on a “warm-up jacket” or hoodie

    what are your thoughts on wide toe box and minimalistic shoes?

      I like wide toebox - - our feet are shaped like that. Minimalist shoes are fine once you have earned the right to wear them. People think they can do agility and plyos in minimalist shoes to make their feet stronger, but chance are that will lead to overload unless you build up to that level. So if you want to go with minimalist shoes, wear them for everyday walking around, etc for at least 2-months. before you start wearing them for training. And even then, start wearing them for strength training, but not stamina, speed or plyos.

      @@goalietraining cool. I've been on minimalist shoes for over two years now. and anyways I've been working barefoot for over 20 years
