Hi LucyLady! Flights per day? - I do not know but I bet it varies as it's a private airport. It's not a commercial airport which is good from a traffic perspective. Are you by chance a pilot?
Hi there Hirsch4Real! Cresswind is one of the best values for 55+ communities in our area. Hard to compare it to Arden as that is an all-age community. Avenir is more $$ but also good value. Do you prefer 55+ or all-age communities?
@@LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA You know it's interesting Ray. I might be able to retire at 55 with a pension if things work out, so I could definitely go either way. Aren't some of the newer 55+ communities populated with many "younger" residents, meaning 50's and 60's age, as opposed to the "older" residents that you might see in a Century Village type community?
Not really allowed to speak to ages but your premise and logic makes sense. We see a lot of > 55 families who prefer All-ages. It's really about lifestyle. Appreciate it Hirsch! You are 4Real :)
