VV Benny, DySP, says that it is the notorious Augustine brothers - Roji, Josekutty & Anto, the culprits behind the infamous Muttil tree felling case, Mango phone scam, financial malpractices, bank forgery and assault of woman employee, are behind the baseless complaint against him.
This is in retaliation to the honest enquiry that he had made on the Muttil tree felling case that led to the arrest of the Augustine brothers. It also intended to delay in submitting the FIR in this case.
The DySP has filed a complaint against Reporter TV with the Union Ministry of Information & Broadcasting for airing baseless news against him. Govt. of Kerala has submitted the complaint filed by VV Benny to SP and DGP to the Honorable High Court of Kerala as per its directive.
