Simple logic when we all use grill racks made with metal for baking and grilling or convenction .we can use aluminum foil too happy cooking but don't use any metal things in micro mode .

So what should i do bcoz while making tandoor the oil is spill on the lower part of over n due to this it gets dirty and after cooking its hard to clean it will u plz suggest something over this@@monikadeep
Can I place aluminium foil on metal tray then put chicken and potatoes on it to cook for 60 mins in 180°C with both rods? (My otg doesn't have fan in it)
Hi Anu I am not an expert as your otg might be different and I haven't used it but i suggest that you can experiment by keeping potato for shorter time and watch what happens. If nothing happens you can cook your chicken too. Hope this helps.
Any metal including aluminium foil should not be used in microwave mode. It will lead to spark. If it is operated in convection mode metal can be used, intact No plastic to be used in convection mode as it may deformed or will melt.

Hi Sadhana, my suggestion would be for OTG use glassware and Bakeware only. If the cup is a glass or ceramic material it can be used.

How to reheat biryani in otg
Hi Sheliya, this is how you can do that. Put the biryani in a Glass bowl and heat it at Convection mode 200C for 10 to 15 mins
