Great video Kim, you've explained this so well! Think this can really help parents to spot ADHD in their child(ren). I've often thought (probably naively!) that 'busyness' was an indicator for ADHD, so when my son was very busy (i.e. active) and couldn't sit still, I wondered if he had ADHD. Love that you break it down so well.

one of my grandsons has a lot of these symptoms. They seem to be calmer around me but around his mum and dad, they are more intense.
