Probably around 300-400m if u buy cheap might be lower but somewhere around that range can get you an affordable setup for floor 7.

mender crown outclasses reaper mask by a longshot but not bad

ehp is worse so it depends on what healing item you have. At lower catas there is just no reason to be running mender crown > reaper mask
