Hey, mate! I added that to this updated video: ua-cam.com/video/kdXBnBhvDu8/v-deo.html To do it: Go to the "Modify" menu up the top (in between "Create" and "Assemble", click on the little Drop Down arrow, then "Scale" :)
I found that if I had to scale a mesh down, or leave meshes in the workspace that weren't visible it would bog. But if i deleted the meshes I didn't need it helped greatly.

I had to "Mesh to BRep" my second component before it would let me combine them. Now the file edits at turd speed when I want to change something.
