- MY ITALIAN BOYFRIEND DOES MY VOICEOVER • I´m making Tiramisu
Today I woke up with the crazy big will of preparing a dessert, and then a typical italian one. The only problem is that I had someone watching me from the back. My Italian boyfriend (who is a pastry chef).
Enjoy watching my mistakes and check down here for an amazing recipe for a Tiramsu ( not the one i made; HAHAHAH ).
So this recipe is for the same size as I did (6persons):
INGREDIENTS
500g Mascarpone
4 Eggs
100g Sugar
1/2 cup Marsala
200g Espresso

I think this format has some potential in the future. The expert, Fede, is showing a clueless person, that would be you, how to make something nice. It has potential but still needs some work to get it right. For example, how does the finished product taste? And you need to make it correctly.

once when i was in the dorm 2 italians made tiramisu for us austrians and it was a total soup, really we drank it out of a glas xD and they said like "yeah we were too lazy to mix it by hand" ...and then my picture of italian cooks was ruined xD
anyway i think italians are amazing chefs
such a funny story! I love italian food and my tiramisu was a disaster after making it without recipe. :D hahaha

At home, we speak only english. I´m studying italian, but Fede (and me also) prefers to speak ENG!

I'm super happy it tastes good! I think it's super hard moving in an other country where you don't know the language, the habits, the culture. It's hard because you don't have the emotional support of your family and your friends and you can't find your place in a city so far away to you. keep going Ida. It can be hard and stressful, you wonna to give up but don't do it. It's gonna be better, you gonna learn the language... everything gonna be fine. Keep going Ida, here on UA-cam, here in Milan!

Premetto che sono qui "di passaggio", non conosco questo canale, però se non ti dispiace vorrei darti un consiglio:
visto che ho notato che nel tuo canale fai parecchi video in cui parli dell'Italia, secondo me faresti meglio a parlare in italiano, o quanto meno ad inserire i sottotitoli in italiano.
Ci sono infatti parecchi altri canali UA-cam di gente straniera (esempio americani), che fanno video simili ai tuoi in cui parlano spesso dell'Italia, e logicamente o parlano italiano oppure al limite mettono i sottotitoli (ad esempio il canale di Briller, americano).
Prendilo ovviamente come una critica costruttiva 😇
Chiara beh veramente lo fa per tutti e non per gli "italiani" e poi che ne sai ?magari lo deve imparare ancora l'italiano, prima di fare queste critiche "costruttive" guarda le cose da un altro punto di vista
...e se gli italiani iniziassero a imparare l’inglese? Non li sta facendo in norvegese, ma in una lingua compresa nel 99% del mondo. Non è una critica, è un consiglio: evolvetevi.
