Preme was definitely not as legendary as Meech. I remember Preme’s reign vividly! My pops worked with Preme grandfather over 20 yrs at the NYCTA. It was crazy hearing you name Lil Troy. I go BACKKK with that guy. All they back to PS 140 days.

Zip this is a great conversation! You pull no punches. Salute! From a street perspective The Supreme Team is super legendary for 3 reasons: the prosperity being only one of those reasons. From what I’ve read & understand the Supreme team were warriors & gladiators in the streets in a way which most crews weren’t. They were truly organized like a mafia family & dealt with a lot of aggressors & aggressive situations in the streets accordingly. It’s one thing to make money in the streets it’s another to exercise control & power. Preme & prince did that. 3rd, the incorporation of the knowledge of self 5% discipline & lessons made them take care of the community in way the next generation of hustlers didn’t. The team kept things in order.
We’ve needed this honest style of interviewing since Tax been gone. Can’t wait to see you talk to more people!
