You need a translation to listen to La Bohème ‘ s most famous duet?the rest is the story of their shared memories since they were infants and were breastfed by the same nanny. Later they studied singing together in Mantova and used to share an old car to go to those lessons - a car so old it kept breaking down, Mirella would have to push it as she could not drive,and Luciano stayed at the wheel.
