The interpretation of constitution by supreme court should not be allowed . The articles in constitution should be compact & precise with no requirement of jurisprudence .In matters of contravention of citizen rights, the role of supreme court should remain same as it is defined in our constitution.

I am not quite sure about the rationale supporting character development of an individual.
i.e. Mother's milk, family, school etc. They do play a big role in shaping your mind. They present their ideas and opinion to you.
But the ultimate choice on how to react to those forces is a function of your conscience.
Faith in Ganpati Bappa is crucial. When you find yourself coming out of difficult situations as some kind of a miracle, it strengthens your belief in God. That realisation of perhaps the existence of a divine force helps regulate your moral and ethical compass.
Morality in human beings is completely independent of religion and any divine force you believe in.
As he rightly said, morality to some extent is innate to all human beings and is a product of evolutionary history and biology. It should be cultivated with proper and appropriate inputs to get productive yield which ultimately creates prosperity. In this context , again what he said is true in the sense that role of teachers and educational institutions will have tremendous impact on the character.
Building great character on own without any role of external factors takes a lot of time....relatively more time because such morality will be a result of own learning,acquiring knowledge in many things and experiences.
@@OneManArmy099 In my case, character development was relatively quick, as a result of distancing myself from people (including family, teachers, friends etc) at regular intervals, simply to think about, reflect and critique on their views, teachings, advice, opinion etc.
That desire to, every now and then segregate myself from the world around was triggered by conscience, as it sensed something wrong, threatening, unconscionable and suggested me to disengage and take a moment to think and reflect.
Those references to Mother's milk by Mr. Jethmalani is rather jocular and nonsensical. Funny when men of law talk that kind of garbage and put women on pedestal!
