Breda has one of the best winter carnival in North Brabant province. The vibes is a bit different than other brabant cities.
Breda is a Dutch city in the west of the province of North Brabant . Breda has traditionally been the main city of West Brabant . It was the capital of the Barony of Breda , which also included Roosendaal , Etten-Leur and Oosterhout, among others .
