👉 The video goes through the complete steps in using an Automated Tablet Hardness tester to test tablets for hardness including using a sample size.
👉 A sample size of 1 to 100 can be selected on this Tablet Hardness Tester.
👉 The sample size selections would be:
1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 (increments of 10 after #1).
👉 The tablet hardness values of maximum, minimum and average are displayed on the LCD Display.
👉 All 1 to 100 tablet hardness values are stored in memory and can be retrieved by the press of a button.
👉 The operator may select between Newtons (N) or Kilograms (kg) units of force measurement to be displayed, so no conversion is necessary by the operator.
👉 There is an auto calibration function built into the tablet hardness tester.
