A toilet for the taller guy, we need more of this type of thing, well done. Everything is so neat.👍
Thanks John 👍👍
I like the step arrangement for the bed Danny pity we haven't got enough room to fit something similar.
The van is looking very good
Thanks Barry, hope your both well 👍
@@dantheman321 we're both absolutely spiffing thanks.
Brilliant
Wish you had built my Burstner Dan.
Yet again another ace vlog was talking to a warden at drufidge Bay in Northumberland mentioned your chanal about my van 2 weeks ago if he whatched it he might leave a comment to relate back to me a bit odd but you never know 🤔
Thank you Robert, hope you are both well? 👍
If get problems with combi boiler gonna be nightmare as all fittings fixed no access
Hi Dan,
Really enjoy your videos and your sharing of your work, skills and experience. I have a Transit mk 8 and have 4 seitz windows to be fitted. I love how you fit these windows so as not to distort the panels. Am trying to pluck up the courage to make some big holes in my van but wondered whether, for a fee, you would consider fitting these on my behalf?
You must be proud of this one?
I like the step/desk/storage box ( would it be a handy place for an extinguisher or fire blanket,, always accessible?) anything that can have 2 or more uses makes me smile, did you get my email from last month? Ed
Yes very proud of this one, I've just looked for your email and found it Ed, not sure how I've missed it sorry about that so will reply now 👍
Makes you realise why these things are so expensive.
hi dan where did you get water tanks from plz , also mate your videos and workman
ship is top notch
Thanks Shaun, you cant buy these off the shelf, they custom make all my water tanks.
Many thanks for watching
Nice build indeed! Just stumbled across your channel by chance and recognised the warehouse - I bought some units for my old t5 from you a few years ago (not sure it was you personally, but defo your place). I'm not to far away, and I. Currently converting a crafter, would you be able to supply some 8x4 white sheets of ply?
Hi Jon, you would need to speak to either Dave or Tom about that. 01772 429763 or Info@landseerleisure.com
Hope you are well and speak soon
👍
Love the step. Great idea. Can I ask what your view is on vapour barriers? I have watched a greg virgoe video who makes an interesting point but no coach built seem to use them, how about you?
Hi Nigel, I get the idea of a vapour barrier but when I've gone into it I believe it's come from the building trade and a campervan isn't a brick house haha. I believe that a camper needs to breathe throughout. I've been building campervans for 20+years and my dad and uncle for many more years before that and never used a vapour barrier and never had a problem. The key is good ventilation for me. I suppose the vapour barrier idea is down to someone's personal preference but if I build my own camper I wouldn't fit one.
I hope this helps and many thanks for watching👍
@@dantheman321 thank you so much for your response. I am 100% with you on this one.
If I could jump in here. Greg Virgo makes a valid case for a vapour barrier and I would think it would be essential if you are living in your van permanently throughout the year. You will be generating huge amounts of water vapour. However, for those of us that use their vans for two week holidays and weekend breaks then good ventilation is probably fine, just as Dan points out. BTW great build on this one Dan!
As always Dan, is that driftwood furniture board you have used?
Hi Mark, yes driftwood furniture 👍 hope your well?
this is the type of layout we are looking for
could you pm me the cost of such a build please
Hi Simon, I don't have access to that type of information but if you require further info please email Tom at Info@landseerleisure.com for more details👍
