Do you do yoga? If you do how does it affect your mental state?

But seershasana is very dangerous as there a lot of peer reviewed research on it, it can cause intraocular pressure and rush of blood to the brain. Many experienced yoga practitioner admitted to hospital, you are a doctor and misleading the public? Many yoga positions are dangerous but some are safe

@@chri-k there is no correct way, it's ancient blind belief, it's always unsafe to do sheershasana.i will show you various peer reviewed research papers on that particular asana.

@Umang Singh i am an athiest, may be you are blind hindu or sikh that's why you blindly believe or love yoga,gym/cardio doesn't have any peer reviewed research papers like in yoga which is dangerous, if you type research journals on sheershasana, you will get a lot of them, at any circumstances it should not be done, it is dangerous for health. And many other asanas are found to be dangerous though.

I’ve been doing it everyday for 5 months. I started with UA-cam 15-30 min yoga and now I do mysore yoga classes. I hardly ever stress or get angry. And I’m a lot stronger, more confident, positive and happier. I’m really proud of myself for keeping this going ❤

In islam we have something called 5 prayers.
5 prayers have specific time daily, with specific preparations before starting it, and most importantly a specific mind state where you are disconnecting yourself from anything.

Interesting, I'm skeptical. Truthfully, I believe physical fitness overall (weight training in my case and dreaded cardio) is beneficial to the brain. It has at the very least greatly slowed if not stalled progression (including improving cognition) in my Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. I take no medication. It's also a great natural antidepressant!
