How to convert your traditional coil/rotary machine to except pen style needle cartridges

How do you like the new needle cartridges? Like for lining I can’t seem to get
Lines like I can with a coil machine I even wana go back and try a single coil machine

I have a coil machine.so all i need is that needle with the ball on it and that black handle that holds the cartridges or does the regular standard handle works aswell

Yes you’ll need the conversion grip to covert your machine to except pen cartridges
