@@stevenlee4437 yeah we had to build a small office like yourself. I find it helps mentally having to go to the unit to work. It's very easy to get distracted at home with TV and family around. I know its extra cost but it works for me 👍 Get a video up when it's finished 👌

Better to have your office at that side better overview from the office window. Put the Tv in the big hall and have some nice big sofas !
