I 💯💯💯 prefer thrift to treasure and trash to treasure diy rather than the dt projects so popular now days. Your creativity here was done BEAUTIFULLY! My hat is off to you!
I really prefer trash to treasure instead of dollar store diys. So much more eco friendly.
we should make videos of the things we can and how we upcycled them.....
NonnaBeths Crafts2Be there’s a Facebook group Upcycled-thrifting Crafts.
Not plastic garbage! You are good at this! Thanks
very creative. i just love repurposing items and getting more use out of thins rather than throwing away and filling up the landfill
Those place mats would have made a really pretty throw pillow
I love the wood boxes with stencils.
For no blead through.. Use first same color as your box, in your case white. That makes barrier and your true color can't blead to beautiful prepaint box. Works for me every time. And thanks for the video. Great projects
Thanks for the tip! I hate using stencils because no matter what I do I always make a mess of it. I will definitely try this. ❤
Upcycling is the new thing (I think) and you're saving the earth.😊👍 I ❤❤❤ all your ideas!
When I was growing up, we did that all the time. I’m 64 and we lived on a farm. Times were different.
I think I loved every single project that you did! Thanks !
LOVE the wall boxes!!!
I ran across your channel by accident. So glad I did!!😊 Everything you made turned out so good! I love all the wood projects you made! Thanks for sharing your talents! - Lisa - xoxo
Cute ideas, particularly the first aid kit.
Love the upcycling I enjoy these way more now then dollar tree videos.
Loving the first aid tins
I love today's projects...my favorites are the little boxes that resemble sewing cabinet drawers. I also like the hanging wall boxes, the stenciling on them really set them off. I used to do wood working (country crafts) many years ago and I miss it, but my old hands just don't seem to want to follow my directions. hahaha. Oh well, each time in our lives come different crafting skills and my present ones are card making and gift tags etc. Thank you for sharing these lovely ideas. Have a Blessed day.
Margaret Bedwell I surely identify with you Miss Margaret! I am 70 now and find sewing harder then it used to be. Gardening is hard too. Cards and tags sounds like fun. Quilting is great to except the larger quilts get heavy. I love to hand quilt while watching YouTUBE videos or binge watching TV series from yesteryear, like Andy Griffith or. Aron Burnett. It was great to chat with you. Wish I could see your creations. Blessings!
@@shirleydrake1602 I have you beat by 11 years...but then age is just a number isn't it. It's just frustrating sometimes when you can quite do what you once did. BTW since you like quilting, have you ever watched the you tube show called the Last Homely House by the sea. The ladies name is Kate, she is in Northumberland UK and she is, among many other things, a quilter. She makes fantastic quilts, she does pottery, she gardens, she cooks vegetarian meals, she knits and crochets, writes little books...she is just an amazing woman and so interesting to watch. She also has 4 cats, 1 goose and several chickens. I hope you check her out. Have a Happy Valentines day and a Blessed day as well.
Miniature horses and kitties 😍😍 goals 💞
Beautiful work, I love your style.
Love the placemats and the beautiful boxes you created! And the vintage drawer boxes. Really great.
I like the hanging wall boxes 👍🏻
Love your creativity. Those boxes are beautiful! Anyone making kombucha can dress up their jar with your idea for the big gallon jar....easy, inexpensive and beauty.
🌸🙏🏼🌿💗thank you for sharring💗🌿🙏🏼🌸
A little tip when you spraypaint small things,
1) take a cardboard box from a store and put it on the side
2) cut the topflap away. You know one of the once that have been closeing the box. One of the long once
3) take a big piece of clear plastick ( perhaps a garbage bag) and tape it to the top of the boks, were you cut the flap of.
It have to be bigger than the box itself.
4) put 2 flat sticks ( a piece of scrapwood, choopsticks or those you get when you buy paint in a paintstore to mix the paint with)
You use the sticks in the buttom, to sit what you are painting on, so it dont stick to the boxbottum.
You might have to rotate the thing inbetween layers, but in this way, you can see what you are dooing through the plastic, and you keep all the paint dust inside the box. Just use cloves 🧤 to protecht your hands. And do it in a well ventilated area 🙃
( sorry for my bad spelling) 😃😅
I do also make things using what I already got. I have used plastic bottles i the spring as small greenhouses, cutting the bottle in two and comming soil and seed in the bottum, and making a little slide in the topbottle, so it can slide outside the bottum, and keep the wather 💦 inside. And place it in a daylight place. When the seed is 🌱 then you can take the top bottle of and make some small wholes in the bottumbottle, so the roots dont rotten, when you start whattering the plant directly. Then when its big enough you just take a knife and loosen the soil along the bottle. And it is ready to be planted outside. 🥕🥬🍓🍅🌼🌻👍🏼👍🏼
Love these upcycled, cost effective, and attractive diy.
A trick to eliminate bleed through in you work is to lay down a coat of your base coat over your stencil before you paint your color. ;)
Sooo creative...beautiful yard! Darling animals ...hello fr Texas🌺🌺🌹
Everything was made so beautifully 👍🏾❤️
They all came out nice
I love how you think Jessica!!!!

Love all of these.
Love the stencils on the wood.
These were perfect organizers. So much better than what you can buy from a store! Love them all. The fabric boxes turned out so good, as did the first aid boxes. I say that because these are the ones I can replicate. I have only a few tools sadly. I am redoing by kitchen and bathroom, these ideas gave me so much inspiration. I am on the hunt for cheap fabric or something that can be cut up to use as fabric. Thank you for inspiring me and others and sharing your creativity with us

Really a creative ide with the wooden boxes n I’m so impressed how well u made the ones that look like drawers....ver clever. I always enjoy watching u giving us such great DIYers. Thank u so much for sharing. ♥️♥️😊👍
Your very talented. I make a lot out of wood. It calms me and takes away my stress. I moved out of my own condo of 20 yrs last Sept and moved into my mom's to help her out in her 80s. Within 3 weeks I became very sick for the first time ever and spent 5 days in the hosp having blood transfusions. I had an old dresser that was falling apart and not worth donating ti the church or goodwill. I put it by the dumpster at my condo but the drawers were in great shape and were made with dove tail. I brought over all my beads and sewing supplies in them. I still have little umph plus my job is demanding and so I am still in a sea of boxes but my mom is away for 4 weeks and I so want to work on my room and fix it up as a surprise for her. I haven't been able to sit in my recliner to read. I havent set up my sewing machine. I have little room but need to get organized. Your stenciling gave me an idea for the sides of my drawers and I have a couple of crates from Michael's I think I will make into bookcases, for my drawers for fat qtrs etc. Your ideas have spured me on. Today a man at work gave me a tin from England with teas in it. It's a copper colored tin and right away I thought of putting jute string around it with a jute bow for my colored pencils. I love recycling. I make fabric boxes out of placemats I buy at yard sales. I made quite a few for gifts this past Christmas. All your ideas are awesome and nicely made.
Love all the projects!
So creative. Thank you for the inspiration!

Love that you are willing to share what you have learn on making extra money for your family. My hubby and I are close to retirement and want to learn the process. We are newbies on the internet. But you guys made it sound very easy. I need to convince my hubby that the system works. I will start with opening an Etsy store. Can you send me the links to go to to find customers first. I know they are in the descriptions but I’m not sure how to get back to your UA-cam channel again. I did subscribe to your page. Many mahalo’s for your help.
