I don’t follow this coach closely. But he sounds truthful, sincere, he definitely cares about all his children, I’m going to say children because he sounds like he does not consider his players just players, they mean more to him. Also, he touched and tried to expel on every point asked by the commentator so he has obviously been thinking hard about these matters which shows leadership. Also, he sounds truthful, honest, from the heart. If I take one thing from the interview, he’s a competitor, a winner trying to do his thing for his team, any organization would be proud to have him. Congrats Coach!!!

I've seen clips of him and his team in the locker room after games (win or loss). He talks about the game, he talks about what they need to work on, what he liked etc. The team then gets in a huddle puts their hands in and they say "Family on three. One...Two...Three...Family!" Not team, not Jayhawks, they say "Family" because that's how he wants his players to see each other and that's how he sees his players.

San Diego State doesn't need to fight to get better . They are a disciplined team and respect the game .
DeSousa had a clean block and should have walked away but he was mad cause the guy stole the ball with 8 seconds to go. What really started it was when the K-State player came running and pushed DeSousa. I wished it had never happen.
Wrong! There was 8 seconds to go, instead of just dribbling it out, De Sousa went out of his way to PUSH Kstates Gordon. Then Gordon, seeing DeSousa more worried about pushing off have 1 hand off the ball. Gordon grabbed it, he could have dunked it, he did not. He just went for a meaningless easy lay up to run out clock. Then De Sousa slapped the ball and pushed Gordon to the ground, then stood over him taunting him. This was ALL on kwho. Bunch of paid thugs
@@powercathill Just the fact that you cannot admit that both teams shared responsibility in this unfortunate event shows your bias for KState and disrespect (and maybe some jealousy) for Kansas. Clean steal, clean block and yes, DeSousa should have walked away after the block but speaking for anyone who has competed its easy to second guess actions that take place in competition. DeSousa's actions definitely elevated the situation but KState's players intervening in this further elevated it to where it went into the stands. KState's Bball program will never elevate itself to the level that Kansas is at and KU football will never experience the success that KState has had.
