HELLO THERE:
We are Joe and Liisu, full-time travelers from Estonia on a mission to break stereotypes, show diverse cultures and wander in the magical nature. Joe, a seasoned traveler of 8 years, began his journey while working in Australia, New Zealand and Canada (holding over 25 different jobs). Liisu, a former medical doctor, joined the adventure 2 years ago. Now we live on the road, exploring the world either from our backpacks or in a van.
استمتعت بالمشاهدة، أفضل فيديو شاهدته عن سلطنة عُمان
والله مشكور اخيرا لقيت شخص انجليزي يتكلم عن عمان 🇴🇲
Wow, you really did enjoy Oman. I’m already looking forward to your next Oman video. I really do need to go back for another visit, to the south during the monsoon season.
2023 apparently was a really good monsoon season (khareef) unfortunately I wasnt able to go and was in muscat. The many years I lived in salalah that was my favorite part of the year except the bugs and mosquitoes are horrendous on the mountain and its hard to step out of your car without getting attacked by them even with repellent lol
@@maryanngibbs6963 Actually one of the reasons I travel is to photograph insects, although mosquitoes are not my favourites. 🤣🤣
Ohh Yea 😁👌.
Compared to other gulf countries it has so much more to offer.
It was such a relief to see that not all oli rich nations have the "money" culture 😁
thats what I love about Oman. They keep their traditions and dont allow buildings to be too tall and over power other buildings. Cities are more hot bc the air flow is less and its already very hot being in the middle east so dont need that

Epic storytelling skills
The video is very wonderful, but when I saw thick clouds, I knew it was airport season and come to Salalah
Thank you so much
Oman is a good country
It really is!
Welcome to Oman, I hope you enjoy your stay, I live here and I think Oman is a safe haven
Definetly visit Persia (Iran) right on the other side of Persian Gulf, middle east gets crazy there
Love the goat talk 😂❤
"Most replayed" 9:15 🤣
🤣🤣
Amazing
Thank you! Cheers!
Wait until you visit Asir and Jazan on the other side of the Arabian Peninsula, green terraced mountains and mangrove trees that you wouldn't expect in Saudi Arabia.
Guys how did you get your car to Oman?
How safe would you say you felt? I’d love to explore a lot of that area from an archaeological point of view, but much of the cradle of civilisation is no longer as safe and welcoming as it was. Morocco was great, so exploring more like that in Oman would be great
Oman is super safe!!!
Oman is one of the top safest countries in the world. I lived there for many years. I mostly lived in salalah though. I never had to worry about anything as a woman walking alone other than some stares. I have even worn shorts in Muscat recently because I walked from my apartment to the park 2km away and it was too hot for me in long pants, obviously you'd get attention but not much as theres many expats there and they're used to it in the capital but my shorts came to the bottom of my kneecaps so keep them respectful if you choose to wear them and keep it to certain places. People are friendly and generous.
Oman felt very safe.
To me much safer than Europe or USA to be honest.
@@WildVikingTravels sounds great to me! Will keep an eye on the Channel

Why did you skip Jordan 😢
Hi blondie. I looked for it and it seems you have not made a video about Portugal. I hope you go there, buy a house there and make friends, business, kids... haha. I'm still waiting for a negative review. So please take the challenge.
I find the food too salty at times, Portuguese people are not rich but more... I don't want to spoil ;)
One day I'll make it there 😉
Yeah, sorry, still not interested . To much sand . To beige .
