How to use it for healing back
Look at getting an earthing bed sheet, I'm using one and the within a week have gone from rolling over in pain abd takingv15 mins to get up and waddling like an 80 year old for the 1st 20mins of the day to moving pain free in bed and getting up and freely walking from the get go.
I also drink alkaline structured water and put it in glasses and play this frequency to the glasses so I can feel the vibration through the glass. Water is a conscious being, it absorbs what ever frequency is vibrating through it and holds those vibrational frequency waves, hence why it is so important to eat healthier grown foods, raw fruits and veges organic as possible and drink nothing out of plastic.
