Pinoy Beef Pares

Beef Pares which is a combibation of a sweet beef asado, garlic fried rice and beef broth what my wife likes to call Sabaw Medyas :) We love eating this on our trips to Manila in Jonas and when I was a student in the U-belt. Now it is available anywhere but this dish has never changed. Still yummy and filling. Lets eat!
INGREDIENTS
1 kilo Beef
6 tbspns Soy Sauce
1 head Onion
6 cloves Garlic
2 pcs. Star Anise
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 pc. Beef Cube
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 thumb Ginger
